Bridging the Data and “ChatGPT” with Knowledge: Empirical Insights from Building Knowledge-driven MOOCs

In recent times, the GPT series of models, represented by ChatGPT, have demonstrated the capabilities of large-scale language models to millions of users. However, the challenge of utilizing the abilities of existing large models to better serve structured knowledge scenarios and solve real-world problems remains a pressing issue across various fields. This report takes a knowledge engineering perspective and, using large-scale online education scenarios as an example, presents relevant research experience and explores possible research directions in the new era of large models.
